I have been training with Steph for about 4 years now and continually see improvements in my strength and fitness. Steph is always coming up with new and innovative ideas so that none of her sessions feel repetitive. She also tailors each session to meet her clients’ needs so that nothing feels impossible. Before training with Steph, I never enjoyed running and would not even know where to start with weights! Now, I find running quite enjoyable and have near perfected my technique when training with weights. I look forward to our early morning sessions, watching the sunrise whilst training and a personal goal of having a dip in the ocean after each session- there really is no better way to start the day!

Dahna showed some serious determination during her first ever Body Bloom 8wk challenge. Dahna bought consistency to every session, and her results shone through winning best overall achiever! Throughout the 8wks Dahna made some simple yet highly effective changes to achieve a healthier, more balanced diet. Her fantastic results reinforce the importance of not focusing on the number the scales read. Weighing in at the same weight, Dahnas' muscle mass increased and her body fat percentage lowered. A fantastic effort!

Special congratulations to Taylor, our over achiever who would give 110% in every session. Taylor has increased her fitness ability tremendously participating in Body Bloom bootcamps. As the winner of this 8wk challenge, Taylor received an amazing DIY concrete herb garden pot plant to grow her own herbs to compliment the Body Bloom healthy eating meal plan - keeping fresh, happy and motivated! Great efforts Taylor, keep up the good work.

Steph is an amazing trainer. She’s very motivating and is very aware of each persons limitations and will give you a different exercise if you struggle with a certain one for any injury or anything etc. I have done multiple boot camps with Steph and definitely recommend it. There’s no beating that feeling of working out and watching those amazing sun rises!

Body Bloom Winner - Fran.

Fran is a true inspiration! During Body Bloom's 8wk program in 2015, Fran went from holding a 1:40 minute plank to 4:00 minutes - very outstanding core strength! Not only did her overall fitness improve dramatically, she lost 11cm around her waist and dropped 4kg of body fat, and is determined to keep up the good work. For her achievement she was awarded a hair make over valued at $250 from Mark Gardener located in Kirrawee.

I’ve been doing Body Bloom for over a year now and it has really helped me increase my fitness and has given me so much more energy. Steph is a great & motivating trainer and the locations are beautiful.
