ABOUT BODY BLOOM FITNESS
Body Bloom is an outdoor group fitness program designed for women of all ages and fitness levels who wish to sculpt their figure, lose body fat, and improve their overall health and fitness.

Our style of training has been carefully developed to suit every individual, no matter what stage of their fitness journey.
Our bootcamps are held at the beautiful beach-side suburb, Cronulla.
You have the option to train one, two, or three days per week depending on your health and fitness goals.
Individuals participate in a wide variety of training exercises - incorporating a mix of high intensity cardiovascular exercises, pilates, and weight and resistance training.
All sessions are 60-minutes and include a warm up, stretch, and cool down.

Stephanie is the Founder & Owner of Body Bloom Fitness, a female group training program located in Cronulla.
Stephanie has been in the industry for 10 years working with women of all ages, assisting them to better health by creating a balanced lifestyle that is achievable and effective. Stephanie has a greater understanding of womens physiology and how you can work with this to better your performance and mental state. Stephanie educates women on the different stages of their cycle and how to support optimal performance in each phase.
Stephanie has completed her Cert 3 and Cert 4 of Fitness and is continuously educating and improving her skill-set as a personal trainer.
Stephanie thrives on helping others to achieve their optimum health, both physically and mentally. She has met some incredibly inspiring women throughout her profession and has had the pleasure of coaching them throughout their entire fitness journey.
