Steph, founder of Body Bloom Fitness, is a personal trainer with over 15 years of experience working with women. She specialises in supporting women through every phase of life — from preconception to postpartum and beyond — with a holistic approach that honours the body’s natural rhythms.
Steph’s training philosophy is grounded in understanding a woman’s menstrual cycle and using it as a guide for movement, recovery, and strength. When a woman is preparing to conceive, Steph provides tailored guidance and movement strategies that nurture the body and support hormonal balance through each phase of the cycle.
Postpartum is where Steph gathers with mothers in her nurturing Mums & Bubs Pilates program — helping women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength, and restore confidence through mindful, restorative movement.
Body Bloom Fitness was founded in 2012, beginning as an outdoor bootcamp for women and evolving into a holistic space that blends fitness, education, and community. Over the years, Steph has also hosted women’s retreats and workshops focused on training in alignment with the menstrual cycle — empowering women to understand, respect, and work with their bodies, not against them.
Today, Body Bloom Fitness offers a blend of personal training, Pilates, and outdoor sessions, each designed to help women feel strong, supported, and deeply connected — both physically and emotionally.

Steph is the Founder of Body Bloom Fitness and Co-Owner of NewLife Health Club in Caringbah. With over 12 years in the fitness industry, she has built a career dedicated to empowering women through every stage of life — from pre and postnatal care to performance training and cycle-based programming.
Steph’s approach is grounded in understanding the unique physiology of women and how to train in sync with it. She helps her clients optimise their strength, energy, and mindset by aligning movement with the natural rhythm of their bodies — creating a balanced and sustainable lifestyle that supports both physical and emotional wellbeing.
A qualified Personal Trainer (Cert III & IV in Fitness) and Pilates Instructor, Steph continues to expand her knowledge in women’s health, functional strength, and holistic wellness. Her passion lies in helping women reconnect with their bodies, rebuild strength from within, and feel confident through every season of life.
Steph has had the privilege of coaching and connecting with countless inspiring women, guiding them to find joy, balance, and empowerment through movement.
