Body Bloom Fitness is an outdoor group training program designed for women of all ages and fitness levels. We take a holistic approach to health and recognise that a healthy body first comes with a healthy mind.

Operating for 10 years within Sydney's South, Body Bloom encourages individuals to live a happy, healthy, and active lifestyle. Body Bloom believes in creating a positive, supportive, and non-judgemental environment so that you can focus on achieving your health and fitness goals. The bootcamp sessions incorporate a mix of high-intensity exercises, pilates, cardio, and traditional lifting techniques.
