About Body Bloom Fitness

At Body Bloom Fitness, we believe that true strength starts from within — physically, mentally, and emotionally. Based in Caringbah, our programs are designed to support women through every season of life, with a special focus on the pre and postnatal journey.

Our Mums & Bubs Postpartum Pilates classes provide a safe and supportive space to rebuild from the inside out. Each session is tailored to restore core and pelvic floor function, strengthen your body, and help you reconnect with yourself through mindful movement. Babies are always welcome, and classes are graded so you can progress at your own pace and feel confident every step of the way.

Alongside group sessions, Steph offers one-on-one coaching and personal training, supporting women with tailored programs that meet their individual goals — whether that’s rebuilding strength postpartum, improving overall fitness, or feeling more grounded in their bodies.

At times, we also bring the community together through outdoor bootcamps, combining fresh air, functional strength, and a positive, empowering environment where women of all fitness levels feel seen, supported, and inspired.
